Has anyone thought of school bus service on base? School bus driver turn over is fairly high, as well as the use of sub drivers, so the logistics for issuing current Federal mandated I.D. would be difficult, and most likely a very involved process. Maybe they would create a gathering point outside of gates for pick up and drop off of base school children.
