I went to the presentation last month. I think replacing the huge block of big white box buildings would be wonderful. They contribute nothing to the view from rte 9 and they also block the view of the pond. There apparently will be a lot of glass in the new buildings which will soften their impact and we all know we need more parking. If pressure could convince them to enlarge their plans for underground parking that would be great.
