Small bracelets sizes are best for me and would like them for my two granddaughter so too

I like bracelets but it helps if they're adjustable. I have small wrists and hands so they tend to slip off easily and I've lost several bracelets at work when I take off my exam gloves between residents, the bracelets come off with the gloves.
