We fix two turkeys. We eat the smoked one, yum. We roast one to have pan drippings for delicious gravy. The roasted turkey goes in the freezer for casseroles. Can't wait!

That wasn't fair for me... I do 3 turkeys to feed all the masses. : ) 1 big one roasted, a medium one smoked, and a smallish one fried. Yum!

I'm bringing mine for the first time this year. Using your recipe. I just need to find a bag! No one seems to have any. I'm also making your cranberry sauce. I made my first pie EVER this week. It was your pumpkin pie and my hubby & son LOVED it and said it was the best ever and they weren't just trying to be nice:)
