It's such a hard question. I love so many of these. But I go with Gabby. This character has everything I wish for and her episode is brilliant and epic, including song. I also love these ones:

3. Vapor Trail
4. Saffron Masala
5. Sky Stinger
6. Fluttershy's mom
7. Fluttershy's dad
8. Zephyr Breeze
9. Tender Taps

@Zidders Roofurry: I can't bring myself to really watch season 6. After 8 or so episodes in I've only watched a few random new episodes in hope for the show to get better. But the show is ruined, I hope season 7 can restore the show but I doubt it.
That's a though one there were many good characters this season.

Thorax for sure. They handled his travel from being part of an evil group to being a good character a lot better than they did Starlight's.

Best PONY of season 6 is technically Vapor Trail because neither Throax, Ember, or Gabby are ponies. But oh well who cares my vote still goes to Thorax either way.

One of the points of strength of this season were surely it's original characters. I really loved every single characters here except one (Zest Gourmand), even Zephyr Breeze. I had an hard time in deciding who vote, but I've chosen the cutest of all: Gabriella?
