Please put DJ and Steve together they make the better couple, plus they have more chemistry.

I disagree. They have 13 episodes to conclude archs and episodes. I think they do great considering time constraints. I like the shorter, snappier seasons than in comparison to the original.

I don't feel like the Godfather scene suspended belief. Joey and Jesse did grow close, and if something happened to Becky and Jesse, where would you think a baby would fit in best? Grandpa Danny's? Or with Joey and Ginger and their brood? Plus, we don't know who Nick and Alex's godparents are. Maybe it's Danny and this time Jesse wanted Joey? And really.. isn't this just a regurgitation of the best man squabble? But any way you slice it, I don't think Danny would get first dibs just because he housed them "rent free". In fact, it takes more suspension of belief to think Danny was owed anything in the end. He saved a ton on hired help, therapy, and the girls had a better more balanced upbringing rather than being just Danny and his neuroses. I also highly doubt that Danny covered the entire mortgage, bills, and groceries regardless of income. Anyways, yeah. I think Joey was a logical choice and I don't think the show was in the wrong and I don't think it was contrived.

Steph + Jimmy = a world of adorable! I very much liked them and I think after so many years of Steph sticking her nose up at the Gibblers.. it was sweet karma to fall for one. I also don't think they are actually discussing babies, rather just getting to know each other. Steph is ultra sensitive to the fact that in a family where popping out babies is a right of passage, that she won't get that experience of being pregnant herself or being able to give someone a baby herself. Clearly she struggles with that, so she would see issues and read into things far more than the average person would.

All-in-all I think it was a great season. I'm sad that they are obviously leaning towards a Steve/DJ thing and the fact that it would likely mean saying goodbye to John Brotherton who I am a HUGE fan of (still miss him as Jared on OLTL). Their onscreen chemistry is great and I've thouroughly enjoyed all the actors. I think the only place it grates on my nerves is that the way it is produced isn't like family sitcoms of years ago, but this new format (like all the Disney shows) and that can be irritating. But it's not enough to stop me from wanting a third season!

I'm so loving NETFLIX and their balance between new and bringing back some of these older shows with such detail and integrity. It's so rare we get a peek at character years in the future and to see what has happened and what's going on now. I think it's genius and if they can keep it fun, refreshing, and entertaining they could get multiple seasons out of these returning shows (nothing like a pre-built fan base!)
