@Cocoanut26 If you know K-pop, you will know T-ARA. That's the key. T-ARA don't get any awards in America cuz they don't promote their songs in those countries and the awards are not international ones (and because Asia is their biggest market). They also worked well on ballad so if you don't like their pop songs, you should try to listen to ballad ones.

As it applies to this poll, it definitely does matter how big their fan support is. And, how very Americentric of you to disparage a GLOBALLY popular group because they are not HUGE in the United States. It doesn't matter that there is no physical award or not. It's a point of pride, particularly in the K-POP world to have a vibrant and energetic fanbase, which is what this poll represents. I don't know why it would matter whether the GROUP "T-ARA" has won any "American" awards or not as an applicable criteria for this poll. Seems to me you need to get out of your "American bubble" and learn about some other cultures. Consider that T-ARA has won Billboard's Fan Army Face-Off (which includes a K-Pop section) two years in a row and it's obvious that T-ARA has a large, devoted fan base across the GLOBE. So it's no wonder they would be included in this year-end "Fan Army" poll.
