The big difference for me here is the disparity in height between the players. Freund is 6'5" (over the 5'11" Tan) and Matsuno is only 5'7" (over 5'11" Stubbs). The Freund catch is definitely more meaningful, but the play just isn't near as impressive when you take height into account
Shocked that Masahiro is beating out Joe by that much. I could understand it being close between the two plays, but having so many people think Joe's was the lesser of these two plays is baffling.
