I think it is very likely to happen here, just because if it can happen over seas, it can happen here. Look at the type of drivers that are out here, i'm not just talking about the foreign drivers, but i have seen some of these foreign drivers that can not even speak the English language. I thought you had to speak and read the English language to get a licence. There are some drivers out here that are not too bright and they will do it just because.

The safety regulations implemented are NOT followed by many employers, especially regarding HME's, TWIC credential and whom should actually be required to have these.
