Where are home owners supposed to put the snow from the windrows? It is not allowed to put it back onto the road. We don't have the equipment to carry it across the sidewalk and onto homeowner property, nor do we have the man power, we are a community of mostly women and elderly men . If you were going to leave windrows why have a snow parking ban? It would have been easier to remove the windrows while their was a parking ban in effect.
