I agree Friday or Sunday would work better. Sunday traffic/ parking may be more favourable.
I think a Spring evening would be lovely!
I think Friday night and Sunday afternoon are good options. The only trick for us would be potential sporting events (soccer) on Sunday afternoons. I just don't have game schedules for the spring yet.
If we are going to have food trucks, I would suggest doing it during dinner or lunch hours and not 2-5.
