Only the manufacturers can be predicting more used trucks for sale. Have they tried buying a pre emission truck? They cost higher and are harder to find than 2007 and newer trucks? I have dump trucks and they are very unreliable in the construction field. Ever had a truck shut down, while trying to unload a load of blacktop in a paving machine? Or have a contractor fire you, because it was taking too long to deliver his load? These emission control engines have not even made the slightest difference in the atmosphere , and have you had to pay $2000.00 to plug in your engine to troubleshoot problems? I hope Trump puts a halt to these EPA nightmares.
