Miranda knows what is going on. She has control over Justin but almost certainly she has the money. There might be a huge divorce settlement but as long as she is not openly embarrased she will keep things as they are. Justin allows her ski instructor and horses ( but why does a keen horse woman prefer London?). Justin cannot afford a divorce but may not actually want one. Poor Lilian is just a bit of fluff.
