The information which I have gatheref from other associates, here CTS is applying some tricks. If the employee not resign, his/her profile will be disable for other projects. Hence associate will not be able to receive any oppertunity. If associate put resignation then the same will be enable, as confirmed by the HR team. If not resigned, after 60 days all access & id will be disable for the associate. In this way they are forceing employee.

So many associates of CTS are facing the issue. After 60 days of bench period they are being forced to submit a resignation. If the associates are not following this, their profile are blocked for getting opportunities a call from different projects.
