My local ISP is municipally owned and cannot sell this data legally.

I would use a paid VPN but how do you know they're not doing what the ISP's are doing?

Every member that signed this into law should be challenged in the primary for midterm elections in 2018.

Corporate money out of elections, democracy by the people not the corporate stooges!

I would love to see a review of VPN services, costs, pro's and con's to help make a decision on what would be an appropriate solution.

Watch out for the free VPN services. Make sure your VPN does NOT do "Logging." I use Express VPN, which costs roughly $100 per year.

I'll be participating in purchasing browser history for certain members of congress who passed this law here https://www.gofundme.com/searchinternethistory I think it won't be on the books much longer. What a bunch morons passing a law like this and putting themselves at risk. We all know congress isn't exactly clean when it comes to scandals. Let the games begin.
