The Brewers have been largely unsuccessful for 40 years due to a lack of development and talent evaluation of pitching talent. They have been like the blizzaro Packers. Since 2000, they have developed two decent pitchers. That's so pathetic. It's unbelievable. Maybe Dave sterns will have a better eye for pitching talent than the last 5 gm's.
