I knew a few of those things but only because I watch an obscene amount of cooking shows. Never actually tasted them. I'd fake it too because I hate being embarrassed. LOL!

I knew maybe 1 or 2 of the things you were talking about. I like regular ol' diner food. I don't even know what category that would fall into. American food??
