I agree with teachers and staff to have access to guns at school. It would even change the insurance the school will carry for these people in case there is a mishap or wrongful death. (Too much to get into here. Just keep in mind the vinstable who shot a man and the bullet went through him, into his daughter and SHE died.).
I'd even stand behind permits for concealed carry for these people 24/7.
