    Dear Dr David, I am so so happy to hear about your new book, I can't wait to read it. I have bought all your previous books and read them several times.

    I'm very excited to hear about this new book! "Feeling Good" and "The Feeling Good Handbook" were tremendously helpful, and it would be great to have a book on the new T.E.A.M. CBT techniques. I've been very intrigued ever since I learned about them after discovering the podcasts a couple of weeks ago. I'm really enjoying the podcasts, which have helped me get a much better understanding of the techniques in the books.

    It would be ideal if the new book could also describe how T.E.A.M. CBT could be applied to habits and addictions. And I second Wendy's request on a post when you have an idea of when it will be published!

    Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and insights. This website, the podcasts and the Facebook Live Broadcast are fantastic resources. And the interactive format of the FB Broadcast is a lot of fun! :)

    I can't wait to read it! I started listening to your podcast two weeks ago and and feel better than I have since I can remember. I feel like I'm finally coming out of a 40 year depression. I am now angry... that your podcast (that I happened across) has helped me more, in two weeks, than five therapists and five years of therapy. I only came across this poll while looking for the "tools"/show notes from your podcast. Please post if you have any "rough idea" when you hope to have this book published as there are no certified T.E.A.M. therapists in my area. I am extremely grateful for you and your podcast.

    I was very happy to hear on the podcast that you're writing this book. It would be great to have a book that empowers people to apply TEAM CBT to themselves - even more powerful than the techniques in "Feeling Good" alone. This is especially helpful since books can easily be spread worldwide, whereas TEAM CBT therapy is not available worldwide. Each therapist is different and it's hard to know who you can trust to apply the methods consistently and effectively. Hopefully one day there will be a web-based service or even an app that can assist in applying TEAM CBT on our own without the aid of a therapist.

    Your book will be another classic, and will be read by future generations like the work of Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus. I look forward to reading it.

    I can't wait to get this book!:-D I've got all the others and they are very helpful.
    It would be even more helpful to be able to get TEAM therapy but I can't find it in UK.:-(

    @Alicia Polk
    I just would like to mention that to make a distinction between " clinicians and lay people" feels a bit patronising. Clinicians are just people as the patients are, they don't have all the answers and they could actually learn a lot from the patients. I am a "patient" and I know many other people suffering with depression and anxiety and I am quite often surprised how much of insight they have. They just don't know how to use it for themselves. I think the best way to help is to really listen to the client and acknowledge what they are saying and feeling and then to adjust the treatment accordingly to their needs. As a kitchen designer and salesperson by attentive listening to my clients and acknowledging any of their worries enables me to produce in 9 out of 10 a successful design and sale. I think the same could work for therapy. The therapist and the patient should be more like team players than a teacher and pupil concept. We are in the same boat after all - if the patient improves it is the therapist's success as well and the other way round.

    Is this aimed at clinicians or lay people? As a clinician, I am highly interested in anything you will share about treatment. I have even studied your 10 Day to Self-Esteem book for group leaders. I would ask that you write about additional topics once you cover anxiety and depression. For example, trauma. Can TEAM-CBT work with trauma? Have you had success using it with eating disorders? As a brand new clinician, I am intending to focus my practice on chronic pain, insomnia, and grief but I also know that clients will come to me with varied other needs and I want to be equipped to help them. I believe TEAM-CBT is the best way I can help my clients. I will fill my empty tool box with as many tools as you will make available. And thank you, sir. I believe that you are contributing greatly toward an eventual unified and effective approach to psychotherapy.
