Do you care about the origin of the ingredients?
As long as it’s fresh I don’t care
It’s nice if ingredients are local and in season, but not essential
I am quite particular and try to eat free-range meat and organic, local, seasonal fresh produce where possible
The SASSI list is my bible and I would rather go hungry than eat anything that goes against my principles
