Does the OSU study make you less likely to swim, fish or paddleboard in the Indian River Lagoon?

I have spent most of my life on the beach, the Island, and in the Indian River Lagoon enjoying fresh meat, snook, trout, snapper, while quietly WADING. I'm sorry the MacDonalds are leaving the area, as I am sure they are a fine family. However, I have watched so many boaters leaving some of their gas and oil in the water with other debris, I'm sure they realize they are just moving their trash to a new neighborhood. Please do not mistake me for an extremist tree hugger, as I just like WADING and fishing when the moon and tides are right. It is beautiful and quiet all the way from the flats at Little Mud Creek as far north as you want to WADE. And the fish are very friendly as long as the boats are on the other side of the Lagoon. So long to the MacDonalds and hello to the next family!

We are long time boaters and find that we must leave the area to truly enjoy boating. It is way past time to fix the things that turn our waters to a cesspool. While we are at it we should get rid of the septic tanks.
