Why don't you rephrase the the question to:
"Are you willing to pay for career politicians to travel around the world on US Taxpayer money to give out grant money for unproven facts?"
You see your question is like the loaded question such as "Are you still stealing from your parents?", or "Have you stopped beating your spouse?"
