The building is inspirational, at least in the sense that it reaches a whole new level of ugly. While it's true that Bayswater isn't the prettiest suburb, I'm not sure that building a tower of putrid is the answer to that problem.
Just another greedy developer trying to maximise their profits by minimising amenity.
What a fantastic design hope it gets the go ahead.
Nice architect plans for the project and local people should realized the develop of economic and population increase...
