'Doubting T'. C. Michaels needs no more proof than the pics...and that I took Aeros off AT CAR DELIVERY, put on the new caps/lug nut covers (Tesla, $50) & drove off. Benefits of 18" Aeros go way beyond cost: they show NO road dust/grime (especially here in AZ); 19" are not only more $$, their tires wear out faster, are more expensive to replace and are a ROUGHER RIDE. The ONLY plus: 19" LOOK better. So I dressed up the T on the new caps with a red T applique (cheap, EVANNEX or RPMTesla) and they look FAB! Oh, and when I take a road trip, I can put Aeros BACK ON in minutes. The 18" Aeros make up for the piano black center console, which I also 'fixed:' vinyl matching 'wood' or carbon fiber console wraps, mult. $'s, RPMTesla. NO MORE fingerprints or scratches!! Check 'em out!

Most people like the looks of the 18" wheels sans aero cap. Me too. BUT... let's all get together and have Elon chrome the wheel-sans-cap so that it looks *really* good when not seeking max mileage. Now THAT would be a really good no/low cost option!

I still remain doubtful that this is really the same wheel - until I can see the actual removal of the cover to show what's underneath, I'll spend the extra $1500 for the larger sport wheel... So, call me the doubting Thomas, show me a video that proves it... OK?
