GM also is no longer in the mini van market. A lot of sales lost there. That and the "off-road" portiion of Jeep would fit with GM, but there is a lot of redundancy in the Jeep brand that GM doesn't need GM also has strong truck brands, so RAM would not be a good fit either. I am a 34 year UAW GM employee and would like to see GM stay strong. I don't think that merging with FCA would be a good choice, but of tje possiblity of acquiring the mini van and off road portion could be a possibility that might(?) be a good move.
