Seattle sucks and doesn’t even have a suitable arena yet. Québec is too small and too close to Montréal. Houston is the fourth-largest city in the US and has an arena and fanbase ready to get behind a team.

NO CITY in the world deserves a hockey team more than Quebec....period. These other cities aren't hockey hotbeds and the NHL has enough teams like that. My #2 location would be Kansas City...their passion for their 2 teams is extreme and a NHL team in the same complex with Chiefs and Royals would work as well. The Pacific Northwest deserves shit...to go along with their weather...a bunch of entitles millenial liberals with not much concept of anything intelligent.
