NCIS-LA is one of my favorite programs. What is the issue here? You put it in the kiss of death and undependable time slots on Sunday night after sporting events. CBS and NCIS producers are responsible for lower rating numbers. Now you add horrible casting and writing by adding another enemy-boss full of unwelcome attitude, Going back to Vance, every time a new authority figure is brought in they are all about messing with the teams and full of self important attitude. Do you really think fans are interested in constant team vs boss battling?
Dump Mosley's character and give the team an authority figure who will support them and perhaps know something about the work that they do.
Linda Hunt's character, Hetty, is one of the all time great TV characters....her special relationship w each of the crew members , is the glue that holds the show together....she should be on the every show in most of the scenes as in past seasons, w her wild stories and wild sense of humor....buggers.....Nia Long's character does not fit...bring back Adm Chedwick to replace Owen...don't screw up this wonderful show...these two new characters do not fit w the rest ,and the chemistry is way OFF!!!!
New asst. director was a horrible casting/scripting error. Has ruined the entire dynamic of the show. She stays, I am GONE!
The show sucks. If Hetty is not back next week you can count this household GONE. It's bad enough u keep sending in subpar actors. Mosely's a bitch.

New character Mosley isn’t going anywhere. New episode spoilers alert don’t look much better than this most recent episode. I will watch reruns or find something else so done with this show after jthis episode
Do not like Mosley at all. Her character does not "fit" with team, shes Too Serious and critical.
When Hetty gets back you can make Mosley part of the team. Or better yet, send her on a mission to find Hetty.
Mosley is awful, the character has absolutely no chemistry with any of the cast. She needs to go.
