Romo is so annoying, please get rid of him. We do not need a washed up know it all talking about what quarterbacks should be doing, that he couldn’t. He’s the worst.

Tony Romo is hands-down the best game collar! His knowledge of football especially from the quarterback perspective, is undeniable. His uncanny ability to call out plays before they happen on offense as well as defense is not your average skill set. No one else is even close! He should be calling the Super Bowl with Al Michaels!

Can't stand listening to him. Annoying. He's as bad as Chris Collinsworth when it comes to man crushes. Settle down boys!

I live in Australia and we get 5 games a week and thankfully we get Romo’s games. I’ve been following the NFL for over 35 years and although I like to think I know a bit I love Tony’s insight and explanations and the colour and enthusiasm he brings to his commentary. Thumbs up from me

Romo is by far the best game announcer. He is knowledgable and makes the game exciting.

Personally I think he is a great commentator. Gives a knowledgeable analysis of the plays. He isn't one sided. He is into the games! Gets excited. It makes it more fun. I hope he continues. Just my 2 cents

Talks too much. Hate that he predicts each play as if he's the QB on the field. I find I pay too much attention to what he says. The play doesn't materialize the way he predicts it would and I wind up missing the whole thing because he's directed my attention elsewhere on the field.please get him to analyze the play AFTER it occurs.

Tony's voice is way to high, it's hard to listen too

Overrated ass! Can't stand watching my team with mouth running his crap!

I don't like his gesticulations and his voice is too high - it's kind of annoying..sorry Tony

Bill Parcell would criticize Romo and encouraged that we not anoint Romo to fast because, he would add, he's smart. In the time of Tony's leadership in Dallas he was constantly criticized...but he made the game exciting. He's doint it again becasue he is about as pure a lover of the game as one can be who also has an extrodinary High Football IQ. America is discovering what one of the greatest football minds in the game undeerstood all along. When youre good youre good. Romo is better thatn good and you can't please everyone all the time, but the much larger majority of fans and experts have made a definitive statement. All the qualities you want in an analyist is there in the raw matwerial we call Tony Romo. Anyone else that is annoyed because of an announcer can hit the mute and be as happy as those that enjoy the fun, fun, fun football clinc held in the broadcast booth when he's there inspiring the insightful innovation.

Packer fan here. I've heard nothing but POSITIVE comments about Tony Romo's broadcasting abilities. At last week's Badger football game people all around us were saying how much they enjoyed listening to Tony Romo - WAY WAY better than putting up with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.

I think Romo is doing a great job, he keeps thinks positive even when he points out mistakes. I like the way he takes folks to school and can dissect the choice of plays. He hasn't taken sides when it comes to teams unlike Simms. He is unpolished but he will improve as he gets more experience. I think he regrets not going to Denver this year but that's just my opinion. GO BRONCOS

I don't like his style at all. Call the play as it unfolds, I get tired of Romo saying what he would do in this situation or that situation. We've all seen what he does in any situation, usually gets hurt. Put Phil back in there with the very best. Jim Nance!!! I think he is overrated in the booth just like he was on the field. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
May God bless the families who lost loved ones at the concert in Las Vegas, what a senseless act of violence. WHY?

The guy is clearly "refreshing" as a commentator, adds an obvious "spark"-- he knows his stuff, gives his insight to any situation that arises, has enthusiasm (what's wrong with that? its sport!), clearly points out what we should be looking for before each and every play and why....
Terry is obviously a sad Cowboys fan and in turn blames Romo for no Superbowls, whatever. Terry somehow equates "irritating as a qb" to of course then being "irritating" on the radio. "Irritating all around no matter what" then in Terry's mind? This is odd. Hey, Terry, just turn your hearing aid way down when Romo broadcasts and maybe focus on the actual game... ???!

I DISLIKED THE COWBOYS BUT ALWAYS RESPECTED TONY ROMO AS A WINNER. ( I AM A DIEHARD STEELERS FAN. )
NOW THAT HE IS ANNOUNCING I WAS SHOCKED BY HIS DIAGNOSIS AS WELL AS HIS ABILITY TO PREDICT THE UPCOMING PLAY. I FIND HIM TO BE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR AS HE EXPLAINS THINGS ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL GAME THAT EVEN AS A LIFE-LONG FAN, I WAS UNAWARE OF. GOOD JOB TONY.

He's annoying as hell, just like when he tried to be a quarterback. Need to get rid of him and get someone who is 10 times better. Which by the way would be easy to do. He talks way to much and is very distracting!

The last game I watched was an ok game but what got me into it was the announcer, he was concise and on point. When Tony Romo's face appeared I had to do a double take, was this the soldier of a quarterback that I watched on the field for years now upstairs nailing a broadcast? He sounded like he'd spent almost as many years in the booth as he had on the field. Yes he's abrupt, yes he calls people out and yes he steps on toes but it's time the NFL put it right in the face of the fans...it's 4th and goal at the 4 yard line with 3:00 left in the game and you're down by 6, don't take the layup hoping your defense will hold, SCORE and make it exciting to watch...again. Matter of fact, where's Chris Carter...put those two together in the booth and watch your fans return.

Dallas can not blame the losses on Romeo.
