Is Mike Tomlin on the hot seat after Sunday's loss?

Cowher and Noll had losing season and they did not get fired. Tomlin has had an excellent W/L record. The players screwed up the games lost this year. Ben is off by a foot on many throws and the receivers are doing their best to bat balls up in the air, especially Brown. Three interceptions on Sunday were aided by his vaunted corps of receivers. Put the blame where it belongs, on the players. Poor execution by the offense. The defense was good in both losses until they wore out because they were on the field more than the offense.

Tomlin & Haley can be good coaches, the word "can" explains it all. I think they got their butts whipped due to the fact that Jacksonville does have a very good teams put together, thanks to Tom Coughllin, the GM. Remember, his team in New York was the only team to take the #%^##% Patriots in the Super Bowl, twice. So, look out for the Jaguars , they have one hell of a defense, a good running back, & a quarterback that is a good game manager. Let's worry about the rest of the season. As long as we don't have any major injuries, we can do it

In the Battle of wit the Steelers coaching staff is totally disarmed. This is what happens when you hire and CEO coach instead of the most qualified person for the job. When you have an eeo coach like Tomlin You better surround him with excellent coordinators. Haley, is anything but an excellent coordinator. He's very weak and doesn't have the skill and knowledge to adapt as the game progresses. With a weak head coach and a very weak offense of coordinator you can have all the player talent in the world and it will do little good.

The Tomlin hiring is frustrating because as u know in the NFL head coaches get fired and new ones come in and hire their staff. Bell is great, makes $15 million and carries the ball 15 times against the worst rush defense after the jets expose them ( by beating them running 35 times) but Tomlin knows better or is just oblivious to NFL strategy that he does the opposite and accepts zero blame.

Only silly fans who don't watch the actual games is going to blame Tomlin. Tomlin didn't throw those darn interceptions / pick 6's. That was Ben. He has been doing everything but being focused on football. Then there is the defense. The jaguars ran all over the Steelers. Perhaps Harrison needs to get some snaps and show those young guys how to play football...

Why is it we're so quick to want to follow the way of the Browns and fire our coach?
