I feel the owners should put costumes that are comfortable with wearing. not to mention remember Dogs run at a higher temp than we do . So dress for conditions. If you are getting hot in your costume... Than your dog is too!!! Also some dogs love to be dressed up or not...you will probably not see those dogs as they would fight and tear at their clothes before even leaving the house...
