Had the same experience at Recovery in Verona. Lack of service, warm coleslaw, cold fried fish. Sad when the only part of the dinner you could eat was the fries!!! Asked to speak to the manager and was told they'd take my meal off. Get the bill and they wanted to charge me $2 for the fries I ate because I was hungry and couldn't eat the rest of my dinner!!! Really? No, I'm not paying for that!!! Wrote to corporate about it and got a response from manager saying that was wrong and they were sending me a gift card to give them another chance. Months later, no gift card yet!!! Never again will I go there!!!
