How do you measure flour?

I scoop the flour directly into my measuring cup before leveling the top even though I know a fairy dies every time someone does this. 54%

According to the gang on The Kitchen on the Food Network, spooning is the correct way. The only time I don't do it that way is when the recipe says "scoop method".
