John Legere keeps the culture at T-Mobile about two things - the customer, and the team morale. Yes, this is a challenging industry, but with a CEO like John, who manages to keep it real, without pandering to the "suits", this company is going to crush the competition while rewarding the folks who are at the ground level getting the work done in the trenches. Thank you John for not forgetting about the great men and women on the front lines across the nation serving our customers each and every day, by spending company $$$ to recognize the teams, and their accomplishments. I'm proud to be part of the Uncarrier movement and live to crush Dumb and Dumber. #BEMAGENTA

Steve Mollenkopf (Qualcomm) was an engineer at Qualcomm
Even when he was the engineering lead he used to connect with the engineers in his regional teams and was always hands on- I have had the privilege of working with him many years ago in engineering and I can bet that his knowledge and his ability to listen to his team is respectful- Even as CEO he is a down to earth person and is very open in his internal team briefs.
You can ask him any question in the world and he will provide his honest feedback in our meetings and he knows exactly what an engineer like me does.
He is humble and taken Qualcomm from strength to strength such that there are other people who want to buy such an innovative company as Qualcomm- Qualcomm is part of all the key technological innovation in the world and even enables T-Mobile to be successful - I cannot vote for any other person than him

John Legere (is the hands-down winner). He has done more to not only turn around the company, but the industry and without the deep pockets that some of the other companies have. All wireless customers (regardless of who they have service with) have benefitted from the changes that he has caused in the industry. Successes are consistent. Growth is consistent. Customer satisfaction improvement is consistent. And T-Mobile employees are happy overall. What other company or leader can say that?
