When I lived in Winnipeg......since I have lived in the Gunton area, No. About 28 years ago, when I first built my home out here, I didn't even bother to put my deadbolts on. Then, a "friend" started coming by when I wasn't home, and would leave a note saying he was here, and had a couple of my beer........put the deadbolts on after that. True story.
