No. He's raised the bar for others to shoot for. It's up to the other teams to catch up.
I'm not sure. He certainly has the ability to outspend everyone.
Yes. Not only does his team dominate every year, don't forget he was one of the original founders of CART. That did more damage to the sport than anything.
