I believe that all ESP's should have an opportunity to receive professional development training and take advantage of every source that's available whether it's online, or face to face.
In order to grow the mind have to be open to new ideas which can come from different areas throughout the Education world. There are several cadres that are available to visit a school district as well as webinars that can help ESP'S grow.
