NO, not a good idea.... Look at British Columbia, Death rates from Over dose and bad drug mixing... Also probably the highest crime...murder rate in Canada if they presented proper statistics rather than hide them by breaking stats down into areas.
yes thats a great idea then the aboriginals can continue to drug up all this free money taxpayers are fronting them
