Tennessee is the logical choice. They have a rising star at qb, a potential star at rb, and a solid surrounding cast. The Lions have too much baggage, but aren't far behind. New York? You're starting out with a qb search. No thanks.
Arizona is losing quite a few players. Giants are 3-4 years away. Lions are at least close to being a playoff team.
Lions and Titans easily in the lead for this. Titans made a decent playoff run and the lions are and x's and 0's coach away from being in the playoffs. only team to beat Vikings in their own home.
