College football has this all wrong. I hate seeing a DB take down a receiver in the end zone because he's beaten and he knows the ball is going back to the line of scrimmage plus 15. This absolutely must stay a spot foul in the NFL.

I think the majority of PI cases should be capped at 15 yards, but feel that officials should be able to call spot fouls for blatant PI. Otherwise, there will be a lot more blatant tackles downfield when a DB is beat. I just hate the touch or questionable calls gifting a team 50+ yards
