What's your opinion of this years budget process to date?

I can't figure out what's this year's issues and what's next years issues.

It's a train wreck.

I'm concerned but willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

I'm confident in it.

It's about the same as always.

It's early in the process. I think it'll be fine.
