Penn is/was an amazing fighter. But as a champion he’s in tough competition with DJ, who is co-owner of the most title defenses record. If Penn had stayed with the ufc and in the LW division, and defended the belt longer, this would be a tougher choice.
BJ actually challenged himself while achieving greatness. DJ is just a can crushing turd.
This is bullshit!!! Demetrious may have been champ longer than Penn, but clearly thats cause he fought weaker opponents and fought only in one weight class. Penn is naturally a LW and fought in WW couple times and fought some of the best and beat some, 2nd fighter in ufc to win a belt in a different weight classes.
Styles make fights, stylistically DJ still wouldn't beat Penn at his best.
