I agree with the comment above. Though want to see the tax incentive for entertainment/film industry back! Not having it has made so many people move to find work and many businesses have closed down, this would be a win-win for all and its the Revenue generator.

I believe all wantabe Governors would want all the above . Delivering would be difficult without question. But doing something accounts for more than politician's sitting on their asses doing nothing like they do now.
