Lo que yo veo,es que estos huracanes, Irma, maria,pasaron uno detrás del otro, y destruyeron los 78 pueblos, sin estar preparados para está catástrofe, diferente a Hugo, y Georges, que a afectaron , 9, o 10 pueblos solamente y la AEE, TENIA MAS DE MIL BRIGADAS.Y MATERIALES, DIFERENTE A AHORA, QUE NO ESTABA PREPARADO PARA UN HURACAN CLASE 4, 05, DE MAGNITUD, DISTINTO ANTES NO SE PUEDE COMPARAR.
