I liked the scooters in Oakland and I am pissed off I couldn't find one today. Wow. The city bureaucracy that can't even find 100 square yards for a quality homeless encampment wants to call convenient and eco friendly and fun scooters a nuisance. As far as I am concerned they have very very little credibility. My only complaint about limebike scooters is that a top speed of maybe 30 mph would be more fun. Maybe with a day course people can get license for speed upgrades.
