In the 100 meters, Armstrong won in 12.67 (nearly half second quicker than second), took the 200 meters by over a full second in 25.73 and the 400 meters in 1:00.08.

  • Maddie Baker, Norwood – The sophomore took first in the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs April 24 at the Tipp City Invitational. At the Seven Hills Invitational April 28, she took first in the same two events.

  • Maddie Blincoe, Villa Madonna – She won the pole vault event and dropped a 12.8 split in the 4x100, leading her team to a new meet record at the NKAC Division III track meet, helping Villa win their first-ever team conference championship. They edged Dayton by 1 point.
