T his is a no brainer. Of course it should be repurposed, With the shortage of affordable housing and the proximity of transit,students can be a short LRT ride away from the university. A lot of senior's don't want to live in a tower,because no one survives a heart attack from a top level. Everything you need has to be brought up the elevator. Everything you need to do ,take the elevator first. Pretty dismal.
