I'm so sorry this "great" show has been cancelled. I missed and will miss this " wonderful" show. Every week I looked forward to watching the next episode. I love all the actors. Please reconsider.

Its been 2 days since I last concluded the last episode.
The main shortcoming that I observed was the weak or lacking acting skills of the main and supporting cast. The storyline was somewhat bearable and I believe that with the right cast CBS would have been able to make this into the next "This is Us" series and emulate its success. Really disappointing and the finale was just disastrously concluded.
I for one am going to be more discerning when investing time in shows coming out of CBS. Having been under lockdown, I have spent a lot of time in binge watching shows like Peaky Blinders, Humans, This is Us, The L Word, Lost and Westworld.
Its gonna take a lot to come back from this disaster at CBS. A little damage control will help alleviate the pain and betrayal of the entire 48 hours spent. Miles, Cara, Rakesh, Jaya, Ali and Trish's performance was just not up to mark. Bishop Finer has some credibility and was able to carry the character somewhat.

That was a very disappointing end to a great show. I have no idea what the end meant and it ruined my entire experience of watching for 2 years. They obviously rushed to end it, but the mountain scene was ridiculous and stupid.

I have a DVR and was able to record episodes of God Friended Me when I wasn't able to view when it aired. I loved this show from the very beginning, loved the actors, the characters they portrayed, and the storylines. The series finale, however, didn't record all the way through but I was finally able to stream on CBS and am grateful. Thank you for a beautiful series, I just wish it could have lasted longer. I loved it and will think about it for a long time!

Very sad for this series to end. My husband & I looked forward to watching this show every week. We loved the character development and the suspense around the God account. Most of all it was a wholesome show centered on faith and humanity. Now more than ever that type of show is needed. I hope it gets picked up.

I watched the whole last season I had saved on my DVR and when I got to the last one— The Finale, the DVR just threw it away. I could not retrieve it and I can’t find it anywhere. Not your fault but why isn’t it still available?

This show was such a pleasure to watch. It’s a shame that it got cancelled. Our family had a tradition to sit and watch it together. We cried, laughed and enjoyed every episode. Shows get picked up by other networks all the time, this would be an easy winner! Fox cut Brooklyn 99 and NBC picked it up. Please networks, if you pick this show up, you will have a winner in your lineup. It was my absolute favorite show. Congratulations to the writers, creators, and cast. This was great television. What a beautiful Series with some incredible writing. This show is what the World needs right now. Beautiful stories with happy endings and something that we can relate to. It put smile on our faces every time we watched it. The characters, oh so well chosen. I wish someone renews it. Shame that shows like these don't get past 2 Seasons. This kind of writing and story telling deserves more.

I really loved this family friendly, quality tv show, which is a rarity in this day and age. I hate to see it being cancelled, but all in all the finale was excellent, although it left you wondering... Hopefully they reconsider continuing on this series sometime in the near future. I think the popularity of this show could lead to new shows following the format of this series:Faith based, yet not overly religious

I loved watching the show because it didn't have violence in it and was people-oriented. I also liked it because it talked about faith. Compared to most of the other shows on TV, it was a show that anyone could watch and feel uplifted. I wish it were coming back as the characters have become friends. This is one of only two shows I watched regularly because so many shows have so much violence and death. I will greatly miss the show.

This show needs to be renewed!!!!! What is the matter with CBS? This show is uplifting and unique and can be counted on to make you think about more than just faith. Whatever happens, please do not put another bloody, depressing Cop show on in the God Friended Me time slot. Show some class CBS & do the right thing: bring back Season 3 of God Friended Me!

Thoughtful, smart, and feel good shows are such a rarity. This was one of the few shows that I could watch with my whole family w/o being embarrassed or cringing from the violence. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!

I put off watching the finale for 3 weeks, because i didn't want it to end. Im so sad it was canceled because i believe it had more stories to tell and we so needed to hear them. I loved knowing these characters and i wil miss them tremendously!

I cannot believe this show will not be renewed! It was one of the very best CBS carried! Everyone I knew looked forward to watching it each Sunday because of the great message it gave us. In this terrible time of being sheltered in place, this was something uplifting to look forward to each week. Please somebody bring it back! Thanks to the great actors also.

Why is it that when a great family show with excellent actors amazing writers and a wonderful meaning behind it, the show gets cancelled? Loved the finale but only rated it above average as it was a quick wrap up to replace the whole of season 3. Im so saddened its been cancelled. Why? Please have this show resurrected elsewhere. There is still so much to be explored in where theyre all at. Lets all pray for a miracle comeback.

This should not be the end!! There are very few amazing shows on tv and I’m praying this isn’t it for one of the best ever. Love the cast and the messages it carries. Please don’t stop and bring on season 3. I am so frustrated when good family shows are cancelled to put another reality show on. We don’t need them. Like others have already mentioned, I’m sad to see this show end. It had a profound effect on me and proved my faith in people. That there is good out there. To finally have a show without violence, sex and cursing was a pleasure. It reminded me of the 70s, God Friended Me was this generation’s version of The Waltons or Little House on the Prairie. CBS made a mistake and I hope someone picks it up

I didn’t like the last episode- it didn’t seem like the rest of the series which I loved. After reading the interview, I realize that you weren’t sure if there was going to be a third season and you had to make it fit. No wonder it was all put together as it was.
I’m so sorry to have the show end. The message was good and needs to be heard. The news, the movies, the other TV shows, even the weather are all hard to watch. Please reconsider.

This show was amazing, like everyone else has stated. Much love to the directors and team for creating such a beautifully told story. Like previously stated, this show represents hope, positivity, and kindness. Something this world will always need. Obviously it was well liked and has a cult-like following with a diverse group of fans. So what if the ratings were low? Do you know what probably causes that? Viewers don’t watch live cable TV anymore. They stream shows online. Like me, I faithfully watched every show after it was aired on the app. I never watched it live. So I would be one less viewer because I didn’t watch it live even though I loved the show and watched it every week. Please bring it back. It’s not always about ratings. If you’re that pressed for money maybe you need a new strategy to cut costs within your network. But this show did not deserve to be cancelled. It brought so many people love, joy, and light. I hope that you realize that that’s more important than money.

It is a rarity that a show like this comes along. It doesn't matter how many people watch this or what financial prowess that that entails. This show is definitely special and found a place in my heart and soul and I believe in a lot of other people's Hearts and souls. It expresses moral values that have not been seen in a show like this since I can remember. If I was to think about a way to bring this show back for many seasons I would say to whomever has the ability and Power in a higher place to make this happen to bring this show back no matter what. And I would ask that a text goes out to whoever can help in the situation that Miles was in as a god friended message. Nothing more nothing less.........

So sad to see this show ending. It had become a part of my life. I always looked forward to this show. With all the negativity floating around us, I always looked forward to an episode from this show whenever things got very bad in my life. I loved the story line, especially that it had ni violence at all. Love the concept of introducing God/faith into a world that has lost it. I just wish it would have continued into Season 3. Maybe another network can pock it up once this Covid-19 quarentine is over and life begins again. This show has given people a sense of hope and believe in spirituality,God again so why end it. The fact that it wasn't portrayed by old people but a bunch of young adults says that the world is not lost to possibilities and hope. I say it needs to come back.

God Friended Me was a weekly realignment for me. It reminded me of what is good in life. It was also was a reminder that there is a spirit within us to help others to make a difference in their lives. I believe there are intersections in your life that can make a difference, but you have to be present to the moment. If you recognize the moment and take a leap of faith, you will be changed forever. Please, please bring this show back again. More than ever, the world needs this now. GFM truly made a difference in my life. It was masterpiece in writing with the perfect cast.

Although I understand the purpose of getting Miles faith back the ending leaves the question of who sent him the messages. They obviously were sent and you see in each episode how he helps people. If he thought about each of these people to help it would make sense, but the fact that he actually gets a text is too confusing. Loved the show not so much the ending.

I loved this show! It had the potential to go on for many years. So many other terrible shows make it for so much longer. I think the show got a raw deal being on after 60 Minutes which was always delayed by football running late. Maybe if they were on a different night, it could have went on. Very sorry to see it end.

I agree with the majority here! A great show, plot & actors, who will be sorely missed. If CBS cannot appreciate its golden child, hopefully, another network will grab it and take it to higher heights!! There's no reason that God Friended Me couldnt last as long as, the classic, Touched By An Angel. Let's all pray that someone comes to their senses by next season... All-American was re-vitalized. As a woman of faith with an agnostic partner, this show has been a favourite for both of us from the very beginning. After each show, we affirmed our joy that it covered such a wide range of issues and experiences with no judgement and great vision and positivity. We loved the lack of gratuitous sex and violence. We will sorely miss this breath of fresh air on the small screen. Come on Netflix, time to step up and give GFM a third season!! Please!!

This was a great family show. My teenage twins that are 16 yrs old also loved watching God Friended Me. We are so disappointed that the series has ended. Hopefully one day some storyline can be resurrected. We would definitely follow it.

Shows get picked up by other networks all the time, this would be an easy winner! Fox cut Brooklyn 99 and NBC picked it up. Please networks, if you pick this show up, you will have a winner in your lineup. It was my absolute favorite show. Congratulations to the writers, creators, and cast. This was great television. What a beautiful Series with some incredible writing. This show is what the World needs right now. Beautiful stories with happy endings and something that we can relate to. It put smile on our faces every time we watched it. The characters, oh so well chosen. I wish someone renews it. Shame that shows like these don't get past 2 Seasons. This kind of writing and story telling deserves more.
I really loved this family friendly, quality tv show, which is a rarity in this day and age. I hate to see it being cancelled, but all in all the finale was excellent, although it left you wondering... Hopefully they reconsider continuing on this series sometime in the near future. I think the popularity of this show could lead to new shows following the format of this series:Faith based, yet not overly religious
I loved watching the show because it didn't have violence in it and was people-oriented. I also liked it because it talked about faith. Compared to most of the other shows on TV, it was a show that anyone could watch and feel uplifted. I wish it were coming back as the characters have become friends. This is one of only two shows I watched regularly because so many shows have so much violence and death. I will greatly miss the show.
I really wish this show was renewed!! There is not much on regular tv that is non violent, not silly or something of value that families can watch anymore.

Thoughtful, smart, and feel good shows are such a rarity. This was one of the few shows that I could watch with my whole family w/o being embarrassed or cringing from the violence. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!

I put off watching the finale for 3 weeks, because i didn't want it to end. Im so sad it was canceled because i believe it had more stories to tell and we so needed to hear them. I loved knowing these characters and i wil miss them tremendously!
I cannot believe this show will not be renewed! It was one of the very best CBS carried! Everyone I knew looked forward to watching it each Sunday because of the great message it gave us. In this terrible time of being sheltered in place, this was something uplifting to look forward to each week. Please somebody bring it back! Thanks to the great actors also.
Why is it that when a great family show with excellent actors amazing writers and a wonderful meaning behind it, the show gets cancelled? There are people that enjoy shows like this and it’s sad to see them not given the attention they deserve, if there is anyway this could come back I would be so happy.

Loved the finale but only rated it above average as it was a quick wrap up to replace the whole of season 3. Im so saddened its been cancelled. Why? Please have this show resurrected elsewhere. There is still so much to be explored in where theyre all at. Lets all pray for a miracle comeback.

This should not be the end!! There are very few amazing shows on tv and I’m praying this isn’t it for one of the best ever. Love the cast and the messages it carries. Please don’t stop and bring on season 3. I am so frustrated when good family shows are cancelled to put another reality show on. We don’t need them. My husband and I look forward to watching God Friended Me every week. My husband is a lot like Miles and for him to love this show has bought us closer too. Please keep it going.
Like others have already mentioned, I’m sad to see this show end. It had a profound effect on me and proved my faith in people. That there is good out there. To finally have a show without violence, sex and cursing was a pleasure. It reminded me of the 70s, God Friended Me was this generation’s version of The Waltons or Little House on the Prairie. CBS made a mistake and I hope someone picks it up

I didn’t like the last episode- it didn’t seem like the rest of the series which I loved. After reading the interview, I realize that you weren’t sure if there was going to be a third season and you had to make it fit. No wonder it was all put together as it was.

This show was amazing, like everyone else has stated. Much love to the directors and team for creating such a beautifully told story. Like previously stated, this show represents hope, positivity, and kindness. Something this world will always need. Obviously it was well liked and has a cult-like following with a diverse group of fans. So what if the ratings were low? Do you know what probably causes that? Viewers don’t watch live cable TV anymore. They stream shows online. Like me, I faithfully watched every show after it was aired on the app. I never watched it live. So I would be one less viewer because I didn’t watch it live even though I loved the show and watched it every week. Please bring it back. It’s not always about ratings. If you’re that pressed for money maybe you need a new strategy to cut costs within your network. But this show did not deserve to be cancelled. It brought so many people love, joy, and light. I hope that you realize that that’s more important than money.

I had no idea it was the “series” finale. When I saw that, I was sad. I have really enjoyed the show and all the characters. Please bring it back if at all possible.
It is a rarity that a show like this comes along. It doesn't matter how many people watch this or what financial prowess that that entails. This show is definitely special and found a place in my heart and soul and I believe in a lot of other people's Hearts and souls. It expresses moral values that have not been seen in a show like this since I can remember. If I was to think about a way to bring this show back for many seasons I would say to whomever has the ability and Power in a higher place to make this happen to bring this show back no matter what. And I would ask that a text goes out to whoever can help in the situation that Miles was in as a god friended message. Nothing more nothing less.........

So sad to see this show ending. It had become a part of my life. I always looked forward to this show. With all the negativity floating around us, I always looked forward to an episode from this show whenever things got very bad in my life. It would remind me that no matter how bad things got, there's always good people in the world doing good things and helping others. I pray that this show makes a comeback in the future.
I loved the story line, especially that it had ni violence at all. Love the concept of introducing God/faith into a world that has lost it. I just wish it would have continued into Season 3. Maybe another network can pock it up once this Covid-19 quarentine is over and life begins again. This show has given people a sense of hope and believe in spirituality,God again so why end it. The fact that it wasn't portrayed by old people but a bunch of young adults says that the world is not lost to possibilities and hope. I say it needs to come back.

God Friended Me was a weekly realignment for me. It reminded me of what is good in life. It was also was a reminder that there is a spirit within us to help others to make a difference in their lives. I believe there are intersections in your life that can make a difference, but you have to be present to the moment. If you recognize the moment and take a leap of faith, you will be changed forever. Please, please bring this show back again. More than ever, the world needs this now. GFM truly made a difference in my life. It was masterpiece in writing with the perfect cast.

Although I understand the purpose of getting Miles faith back the ending leaves the question of who sent him the messages. They obviously were sent and you see in each episode how he helps people. If he thought about each of these people to help it would make sense, but the fact that he actually gets a text is too confusing. Loved the show not so much the ending.

I loved this show! It had the potential to go on for many years. So many other terrible shows make it for so much longer. I think the show got a raw deal being on after 60 Minutes which was always delayed by football running late. Maybe if they were on a different night, it could have went on. Very sorry to see it end.

My husband and I loved this show! It was a show that displayed so much humanity. Faith is the key to this life and it unlocks the door to whatever God has in store for us. We are so glad Miles did gain his faith back, we are certainly going to miss this show. I am praying that you find someone to pickup the show! We would love to go on Miles’ next journey.

As a woman of faith with an agnostic partner, this show has been a favourite for both of us from the very beginning. After each show, we affirmed our joy that it covered such a wide range of issues and experiences with no judgement and great vision and positivity. We loved the lack of gratuitous sex and violence. We will sorely miss this breath of fresh air on the small screen. Come on Netflix, time to step up and give GFM a third season!! Please!!

This was a great family show. My teenage twins that are 16 yrs old also loved watching God Friended Me. We are so disappointed that the series has ended. Hopefully one day some storyline can be resurrected. We would definitely follow it.
Why do they always cancel the best shows? I guess if it doesn’t have violence, sex, bloodshed or foul language in it, it’s deemed unpopular. Sunday evenings will never be the same happy start to our week.
