Is it me or does it seem that it’s rare to get a human voice and almost always an automated series of prompts?

I have noticed the same and it’s extremely frustrating

It seems like most places I call, I have a hard time actually speaking to human

Have not really noticed much of a change

It’s gotten to the point where if I get an automated message I hang up

I have accepted that this is just how things are now and I’m used to it
