Katherine Fritsch, honestly, at first I was not going to vote for anyone not from Georgia but you won me over. You hit all of your notes and sang it from your heart, not trying to throw style in it like so many of the others. To me those that tried to imprint it with their own style really did detriment to the song, as if they don't understand what the song really means. Win or lose you did an excellent job. I had Lindee Link as a strong second as she too performed it in a purest sense. Both of you girls, I expect to see you on Idol one day!!
