If you retards actually took a second to look at the title of this poll it reads 'DAMON VS EDWARD' not 'ROB VS IAN'. You so called fans are disgusting. I am a fan of both the Twightlight Saga and The Vampire Diaries Books as well as the Movies/TV Show. This poll is comparing apples to apples or should I say Vampire to Vampire. Both have good and bad characteristics and young ladies and women have their likes and dislikes in each character. However, when I saw previews for TVD on the CW and saw Damon's character, how dark and mysterious he is and how much of a "Bad Boy" he is (all women find a "Bad Boy" alluring, I was hooked! I love Edward in his character and I love Damon in his character but when it comes down to choosing, I am Damon all the way! I feel he appeals to all types of women--beautiful blue eyes, black hair and he has something about him that "compels you" to him. And by the way, I am a 42 year old mother of two teenage boys 17 and 15.

Speaking as an adult-aged (40) fan of both series (+ True Blood), I have to give the "Sexy" title to Damon. Edward is beautiful, to be sure, but he's what I consider a "Romantic" leading man. Whereas Damon is "Sex on Legs" to quote others on the boards. Edward is predictable and protective, but Damon is aggressive and predatory. Plus Damon has the most ridiculous sense of humor.
